Where is Adaptive Imports located?
Adaptive Imports is located in Erlanger, Kentucky. We are strategically based in Northern Kentucky, 5 minutes from Cincinnati Airport (CVG).
Does Adaptive Imports manufacture the equipment products?
Adaptive Imports does not manufacture any products. We are the exclusive US Distributor for Jenx, Hoggi, Krabat, Safespaces, Headaloft and Daytot. We maintain an inventory of all products in our warehouse, aside from the custom designed Safespaces product line.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our location provides expedited access to shipping and distribution efficiencies demanded by today’s business consumers. Each order is configured, in many cases pre-assembled prior to shipment, and ships within 2-5 business days.
How do I order a product?
All Adaptive Imports products need to be ordered through a medical goods supplier. We are not able to sell our products directly to customers. To connect with a medical goods dealer please go to Find A Sales Rep located at the top header of the website. This will allow you to link to an Adaptive Imports Sales Rep who will assist in finding a medical goods supplier near you.
Are your products FDA Approved?
All manufactured products distributed by Adaptive Imports meet FDA requirements and are FDA Registered as required for Class I or II devices.
How do I order a Sleepsafe with the Jenx Dreama System?
- When using a Dreama System with a new or existing Sleepsafe bed a RETROFIT kit must be ordered. The Dreama is ordered through Adaptive Imports but the Sleepsafe bed and/or RETROFIT kit are ordered through Sleepsafe Beds. (https://sleepsafebed.com/products/accessories/)
- Adaptive Imports coordinates delivery of the Dreama Systems with Sleepsafe. The Jenx Dreama is shipped directly to the Sleepsafe Factory to allow for proper modification and fit prior to delivery to the customer. All accessories will be shipped by Adaptive Imports to the medical supplier for final delivery and fit with the customer.
