Our Warranty Policy

Adaptive Imports is the US Distributor of many high quality products from various manufacturers.

A 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials is extended to all items sold by Adaptive Imports in the USA. This warranty is provided and honored through the network of registered dealers who purchase and supply products distributed by Adaptive Imports.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, including damage caused by misuse or neglect. This warranty does not extend to non-durable parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement. The warranty is null and void if non-original
manufacturer parts/accessories are used, or if the product is repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorized Adaptive Imports dealer.

End users are encouraged to contact the authorized dealer that supplied the item for any assistance regarding service, repairs or warranty claims.
